PRN 36588
An archaeological watching brief and subsequent excavation along the route of the Silk Willoughby to Staythorpe gas pipeline indentified a single, linear feature aligned east to west. The ditch had an irregular outline and a shallow U-shaped profile. The ditch appears to match a land boundary shown on the 1905 Ordnance survey map.{1}{2}
