Medieval ridge and furrow was observed on the 1971 aerial photographs as part of the Lincolnshire Coastal Grazing Marsh project. {1}
Earthworks were also observed to the west of the village as part of the national mapping programme. {2}
The earthworks have been levelled through arable cultivation. {2}
