63653 The settlement of East Heckington was certaily in existence by the eighteenth century, as an eighteenth century encased and pantiled mud and stud cottage was recorded there in 2000. It is represented on the 1824 Ordnance Survey map as a scatter of houses along the A17 4 miles east of Heckington. {1}{2}{3}
