Full Description
PRN 55232
An archaeological excavation centred on TF0262579135 retrieved a number of later Mesolithic or early Neolithic worked fints. For the most part, these flints occurred in later (Anglo-Saxon and medieval features). However, the small number of blades and blade-like flakes raise the possibility that the excavation area lies on the periphery of an activity zone of later Mesolithic or early Neolithic date.{1}{2}
