Fieldwalking was undertaken on the proposed route of the Lincoln Eastern Bypass. 41 sherds of medieval pottery and 2 sherds of medieval tile were recovered. They mainly dated to the 13th to 15th centurys. It is suggested that it may relate to the manor site which probably lays close by, as suggested by the proximity of Manor Farm and Manor Lodge Bungalow. {1} {2}
