House, dating to c.1830, built of yellow Farlesthorpe brick with stucco quoins and dressings. Features a slate roof having deeply overhanging eaves and verge with bargeboard, and two tall moulded brick gable stacks. Of two storeys, with a five-bay front having central half glazed door.
