Full Description

Cropmarks of a pit of unknown date have been noted in this location at Scopwick Heath. The pit measures roughly 18m long, and lies just to the south of a possible Bronze Age round barrow (see MLI87390). An association with the barrow may be possible, though this remains unconfirmed. Identified on aerial photography examined as part of the National Mapping Programme. {1}
