The Old Chapel on Main Street is a former Primitive Methodist chapel built in 1875, which is currently used as a store. They may have been a previous chapel on the site dating from early-mid nineteenth century. The current building has round headed windows with stained glass, and most of the original transom window frames survive. It has a chimney stack, and original iron work railings on the street frontage. The street frontage also contains a date stone and two foundation stones. Inside the chapel has a raised floor, and the original coving survives. It fell out of use as a chapel in the 1980s. {1}{2}{3}{4}
