Full Description

An old quarry is indicated on the 1905 OS County Series map and 1950s 1:10560, at the junction of Sleaford Road and Gorse Hill Lane. The remains appear to survive as earthworks. {1}{2} As of September 2026, most of the quarry appears to have been backfilled and only very shallow earthwork remains survive. {3}
