Full Description
Earthworks of medieval ridge and furrow, to the south of Julian Bower, Louth. Identified on aerial photography examined as part of the National Mapping Programme. {1}
More extensive remains of medieval furrow, extending further east than that previously identified by the NMP, can be seen on the Google Maps aerial imagery layer. The remains are visible as a series of parallel linear earthworks, aligned on a roughly north-west to south-east axis. {2}
