Full Description

63328 Leadenham House is a small country house, with stables (63329) and gateways (63326 and 63327) and parkland (63349). It was built for William Reeve from 1790, the shell being complete by 1793. Additions were made to the building in 1826-29. Alterations were also made by Detmar Blow in about 1903. It is constructed of ashlar and dressed limestone rubbble and a slate hipped roof. Partially extant 18th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with multiple regular yards. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within a Church and/or Manor farm group. Large modern sheds are located on the site. {5}
