63287 The barn in Theaker's Yard was built in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with brick dressings, a pantile roof and brick dentilated eaves. Partially extant 18th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with L-plan range plus detached buildings to the third side of the yard. The farmhouse is detached with the long axis facing on to the yard. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. {2}
