Laburnum House and Country Set Salon, Cliff Road, Wellingore, are an early eighteenth and early nineteenth century house and shop, constructed of coursed limestone rubble and ashlar dressings with a pantile roof. It has two storeys and four bays, and the east gable front has an early nineteenth century pilastered shop front.
