Opposite the church is a barn with blocked two-light windows, a blocked entrance with a moulded frame, and the remains of two large external chimney stacks. It seems that the barn was originally a late sixteenth century country house, which was converted into a barn. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and brick with ashlar dressings and a pantile roof.
