Full Description

PRN 70377 An archaeological watching brief took place during the groundworks for a residential development on land between 53 and 59 Queen Street, Lincoln. The watching brief identified a ditch some 3m wide and 0.8m deep, which crossed the site from east to west. The ditch produced pottery and tile dating to between the mid 12th to mid to late 14th century, and would most likely to represent a land division feature {1} {2}
