Weslyan Methodist chapel marked on County Series map. {1}
The former chapel, which is now a house, was visited in 2008. The date tablet in the gable gives a date of 1901. Documentary sources mention a Methodist chapel erected in Frampton in 1838. The extant chapel is constructed from red brick with a modern tile roof and has a brick plinth. The side elevations are divided into 3 bays by brick pilasters. The eaves cornices are of alternating, dentillated, red brick and the gable cornice of alternating, dentillated, gault brick The pointed windows and door arch have gault brick dressings and there are 2 string courses of gault brick. An internal floor, or gallery, and velux windows have been inserted. The front elevation is of 3 bays with a gabled porch, which has the same details in the cornice as the main gable and a light above the door with gothic glazing bars. There are gabled extensions to the rear and side of the chapel continuing the decorative features of the original building.{1}{2}{3}
