Two stone axes and two looped and socketed axes were found at Cobbler's Lock on the River Slea. The grid reference given places it in Ewerby and Evedon parish, although it may have come from Anwick. The finds may have been part of a hoard. There is also some possibility of confusion with a lock in South Kyme. {1}
