Casual find of a Roman coin in the vegetable gardens of Canwick Hall, Canwick. The find was discovered in the 1940's and donated to the City and County Museum, Lincoln in 1954. The coin is a bronze and silver alloy follis from the reign of the House of Constantine (341 to 346 AD), and is on permanent display in the City and County Museum coin room. {1}
