Cropmarks of a probable prehistoric pit alignment, to the north of Barnack Road, Stamford. Visible as an interrupted linear feature, defined by a single line of pits running for approximately 240m along a roughly south-west to north-east axis. Identified on aerial photography examined as part of the National Mapping Programme. {1}
