Full Description
Cropmarks of a possible enclosure of unknown date, at Red Hill, Goulceby. Visible as three sides of an incomplete, rectilinear enclosure, defined by a single ditch measuring roughly 90m by 65m. Identified on aerial photography examined as part of the National Mapping Programme. The enclosure may be associated with the site of a probable Second World War searchlight battery to the immediate north, although this relationship remains uncertain (see MLI84912). {1}
