Full Description
PRN 54834
Geophysical survey identified a number of curvilinear, linear and rectilinear anomalies denoting the remains of a multi-phased site {1}. Archaeological trial excavation (trial trenching) identified a number of linear features, interpreted as ditches. Although these features were undated, they are likely to be of late Iron Age in origin and associated with other Iron Age settlement features in the vicinity (PRN 54832). {2}{3}
