Full Description

PRN 44855 Archaeological evaluation (trial trenching) identified a series of furrow bases, aligned north-west to south-east, on land immediately east of the dwelling at Stanwood, Partney. The excavated furrows produced a range of artefactual material; including prehistoric flint implements (late Mesolithic to Bronze Age), Romano-British and Medieval pottery sherds {1} {2}
