Apricot Hall, Sutton Lane, is a mid eighteenth and early nineteenth century farmhouse constructed of bric with a pantile roof. Partially extant 18th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with L-plan range plus detached buildings to the third side of the yard. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within a loose farmstead cluster. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
