Full Description

PRN 36100 Housing estate on Godseys Lane, Market Deeping completed in 1976 by Mathew Robotham and Quinn; the job architect was Ronald Quinn; the architects set out to design a village within a village. The estate is a good example of the vernacular-inspired housing of the late 1970s and 1980s and is set out in informal groupings around squares, courtyards and private spaces. The service roads and car parking are screened from view. The houses are built of dark red brick with pantile roofs and stained joinery. {1}
