No 18 (The Grey House), Stamford Road is a house which was built in 1681, and altered in the early nineteenth and twentieth century. It is constructed of coursed, squared limestone rubble and Collyweston slate roofs. It is L-shaped in plan, with two storeys and an irregular four bay front.
