Full Description

Former road bridge dating from the late 18th century. Straddels the parish boundary between Baston and Thurlby. Now bypassed by the modern A15 road. Built of ashlar stone, and has a single elliptical arch with rusticated voussoirs flanked by rusticated pilasters. Above this is a plain band to the low coped parapet. On the west face, the keystone has a female carved head, presumably 'Kate'.
