Full Description
Milepost from the early 19th century, triangular in plan and constructed from cast iron. It is inscribed 'UFFINGTON' in the top panel, with 'TO STAMFORD 3 MILES' and 'TO MARKET DEEPING 4 MILES' in the respective side panels. The makers name is N. Carr.
