Cropmarks of an extensive probable prehistoric or Roman field system, to the north-east of Greatford. Visible as an ordered, though interrupted system of adjoining rectilinear, ditch-defined field enclosures. Identified on aerial photography examined as part of the National Mapping Programme. {1}
