PRN 70305 The railway bridge at Stamp End was constructed in 1848 and partially rebuilt in 1903. It was designed by John Fowler for the Manchester, Sheffield and Lincolnshire Railway. The bridge is thought to be the oldest surviving wrought iron box girder railway bridge in Britain and possibly the world.
