The farmhouse af Potter Hill Farm is an eighteenth and nineteenth century building of brick with stone dressings and a pantile roof. It has four bays and two storeys. There is also a lower two storey extension to the north. Potter Hill Farm, Swinderby. Partially extant 18th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with linked working buildings to all four sides of the yard. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
