62453 The farmhouse af Potter Hill Farm is an eighteenth and nineteenth century building of brick with stone dressings and a pantile roof. It has four bays and two storeys. There is also a lower two storey extension to the north. Partially extant 18th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with linked working buildings to all four sides of the yard. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
