Poplar Farmhouse formerly called Pacey House is located on High Street, and is an early nineteenth century farmhouse of brick with a slate roof. It has three bays and two storeys, and has a lower two bay, two storey cottage to the east. Manor Barn, Swinderby. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with multiple regular yards. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. {2}
