Baldocks watermill is thought to have been erected in the 19th century and was part of the estates of the Marquess of Exeter. The main mill building is three storeys high, and is built of coursed rubble with a modern cement roof tile roof. There are rusticated quoins and a rusticated architrave to the door on the ground floor. A storage door leads to the first floor. A study of the various owners and occupiers of the mill building was also conducted. {2}
