Full Description

62326 St Leonard's Hospital for lepers is first mentioned in 1261. The last record is 1311, whan Bishop Dalderby issued an indulgence for its support. It is possible that the chapel ceased to exist at the time of the Black Death. {1}{2}{3}{4}{5}
