Full Description
The relatively short-lived Church of St Hugh was located in this area to the west of Kirkstead Bridge. It is not depicted on the 1st edition 6" Ordnance Survey County Series map, but is depicted on the 2nd edition 25" Ordnance Survey County Series map, suggesting it was constructed around 1900. It continued to be depicted on later mid 20th century historic mapping, but had been demolished by the 1970s. {1}{2}{3}
