Full Description
Former woad mill to the south-east of Algarkirk. The machinery of the mill was still extant in 1936, and most of the buildings in 1976, although most of the complex has since been demolished. The main mill structure was built of brick and featured a roof of large slates. Other attached and associated buildings within the complex included couch houses, chicory kiln, roller house, balling house and engine house. {1}
