Full Description

A Wesleyan Methodist Chapel is located in the north of Mumby village on the A52. It appears to be extant. {1}{2} Mumby Wesleyan Methodist chapel was built in 1839. At some point, an extension was added at a cost of £390, giving it a capacity of 85. The chapel closed in 1963 when the society joined the ex-Primitive chapel (PRN 44048). The building was subsequently converted into a house, and was heavily altered during the process. As it currently stands it is rendered and has been completely refenestrated, thus making it difficult to ascertain the nature of the surving historic fabric. {3}{4}
