61794 Nocton Rise Farmhouse is an eighteenth and mid nineteenth century two storey building of coursed rubble with ashlar dressings and a slate roof. Partially extant 18th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with multiple regular yards. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been significant loss (greater than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located on the site. {3}
