Nocton Rise Farmhouse is an eighteenth and mid nineteenth century two storey building of coursed rubble with ashlar dressings and a slate roof. Nocton Rise Farm (Rise Farm), Nocton. Partially extant 18th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with multiple regular yards. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been significant loss (greater than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located on the site. {3}
