Full Description

A Wesleyan Methodist chapel was constructed in 1835. Free sittings numbered thirty, other sittings numbered seventy. {1} The floor space of the building stood at c.19.3 square metres. The chapel had been demolished by the late 1960's, and the remaining structure was adapted into a workshop and garage. A watching brief suggested that the chapel was probably a single storey brick building, with a yard to the south. {2}{3} The chapel was built in 1835 to seat 100. It was closed in 1963 and subsequently demolished. {4}{5}
