Full Description

PRN 43929 During fieldwalking, two soilmarks and two concentrations of medieval pottery, shell, bone and brick were recorded 100m apart.{1} During a watching brief, further medieval pottery was found along with numerous ditches which may represent dylings. Pits and dumped deposits were also encountered. It has been suggested that this site represents a minor subsidiary settlement to Addlethorpe. {2}{3}
