Full Description
A scatter of medieval pottery was identified in 1976, in the field behind the Officers' Mess at RAF Waddington. {1}
Traces of medieval ridge and furrow were recorded in this location in November 2016, during magnetometry survey of land to the north of Pottergate Close. The remains were identified as a series of east to west aligned linear magnetic anomalies, and indicate that this area lay outside the medieval core of Waddington. {2}
