The site was visited in 2009. The chapel was built in 1905 to supercede the chapel at Hill Top (PRN 61251). It closed in 2005 and is now in use as a house. It is built of red brick with yellow gault brick dressings and has a gabled roof with a raised gable and stone copings and kneelers and a slate covering. The main gable front has a central four-light Gothic window with geometric tracery and a gault brick arch with a stone hoodmould, between two lancet windows, separated by stepped buttresses with stone cappings. The windows have leaded stained glass and saddle bars, yellow gault brick arches and stone hoodmoulds and sills. The side elevation has four pairs of lancet windows separated by buttresses. A red brick gabled annexe, with a date tablet of 1905 and yellow brick dressings, is attached to the north. The iron railings survive.{4}
