Full Description

Cropmarks of a probable prehistoric or Roman settlement, to the east of The Debdale wood, Sedgebrook. Visible as a group of ditched enclosures, centred around a larger enclsoure measuring roughly 80m by 60m. This larger enclosure has some internal divisions, forming two smaller enclosures along its eastern side. Fragmentary ditches ajoin the outside of the larger enclosure, possibly forming further enclosures, with a right-angled ditched corner lying to the immediate south of the main enclosure. Identified on aerial photography examined as part of the National Mapping Programme. {1}{2}
