Full Description

North Scarle Grange is located on the east side of South Scarle Lane. The farmhouse is early eighteenth century, and is built of brick with a pantile roof. There is also a pigeoncote, which is early eighteenth century and two storey, and is the subject of a separate listing. Partially extant 18th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with L-plan range plus detached buildings to the third side of the yard. The farmhouse is attached to a range of working buildings. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located on the site. {2}
