Full Description

Three sherds of Roman pottery were found during fieldwalking in advance of Hatton-Silk Willoughby gas pipeline. They were a second century coarse, abraded storage jar handle, and two abraded grey ware sherds, one from a wide-mouthed bowl. {1}
