Full Description
In 1872 Thomas Proctor of 55 West Street is listed among the Iron and Brass Founders; by 1876 he is included among the machinists. In 1896 his premises were occupied by John Lucas, blacksmith, engineer and wheelwright, who was joined by his sons in 1912. In 1922 they are listed as builders but are not mentioed after this. {1}
