Full Description
A gold Anglo-Saxon ring was found while metal detecting on land near Caistor. The exact findspot is not known for certain, but is believed to be in the vicinity of grid reference TF 129 977, placing it in Nettleton parish, close to Caistor High Street. The ring was declared to the Louth Coroner, who decided it was a casual loss and not a Treasure item. {1}
