Full Description

Five silver pennies of William I were found during metal detecting at Maltby Springs. They have been reported to the Louth coroner, and are going to the British Museum. {1} The coins were found on the 1st September 1999. Five silver pennies of William I. One dated about 1072-74, four dated 1074-77, on 1 September 1999 while searching with metal detectors {2}.
