Full Description
MEDIEVAL POTTERY WAS FOUND IN THE FRONT GARDEN OF 21 CLIFFE AVENUE, ABOUT 1 INCH BELOW THE SURFACE. THIS INCLUDED A BODY SHERD WITH DARK GREEN GLAZE, AND A SPECKLED, DARK GREY CORE. THERE WAS ALSO THE BASE OF A LIGHT GREEN GLAZED POT, AND THE BASE OF A LIGHT RED SANDY COLOURED TEXTURE POT. {1}
