Full Description

PRN 60835 A cropmark linear feature running north east is visible on a Jim Pickering aerial photograph, seen by Gary Taylor. {1} Several possible prehistoric trackways and boundaries are visible on aerial photographs. {2}{3} These features appear to run either parallel to or at right angles to the possible Roman road cropmark (PRN 62698) to the north east and may be associated with it, although this interpretation is rather tenuous. It has also been noted that these trackways do not appear to respect the other prehistoric cropmarks in this area (PRNs 60446, 60449 and 65053). {4}
