A SUBSTANTIAL CURVILINEAR DITCH WAS EXPOSED TO THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE SITE OFF MILL VIEW ROAD. FOUR SHERDS OF POTTERY FROM THE DITCH HAVE BEEN DATED TO THE ROMAN PERIOD. {1}{2}
